Two new features have been added to the PRIM Data Catalogue:
• The arrival of the IDFM Local News Dataset, which centralises communications published on the Île-de-France Mobilités website.
• The enrichment of the Transmission Line Repository, with the addition of a new airConditioning field indicating the presence of devices to regulate the temperature in the event of high heat (air conditioning or refrigerated ventilation).
What can be found in these datasets?
As for local news:
The IDFM Local News Dataset brings together all the news disseminated by Île-de-France Mobilités at the local level. It thus makes it possible to inform users on various subjects: works, network news, events, safety alerts or awareness-raising actions.
By consulting the PRIM IDFM Local News page, you will find a complete table of the news broadcast, with the possibility of filtering by territory or network.
Each entry contains several useful pieces of information:
• the headline of the news
• its publication date
• the territory concerned
• a summary description
• a link to the full content
Users also benefit from a personalized view of the site, allowing them to directly access the information that concerns them, enriched with visual elements.
On the referential side of the rows:
Transmission lines are listed in a structured referential, updated daily. It includes all the active and soon to be active lines in Île-de-France, all modes combined (train, RER, metro, tram, bus and coach).
A new airConditioning field has been added to this referential. It indicates whether the vehicles assigned to a line are equipped with devices to regulate the temperature in the event of high heat.
By consulting the dedicated PRIM page, you will find a table listing all the commercial lines of the Ile-de-France network.
The fields present cover:
• the name and mode of transport of the line
• its status (active or future)
• Colors, operators, accessibility...
• and now, the presence or absence of a device to regulate the temperature in the event of high heat on board via the airConditioning field.
This field can be set to one of the following values:
• true : All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning or refrigerated ventilation.
• False : No vehicle is equipped with air conditioning or refrigerated ventilation.
• partial : only some of the vehicles are equipped with air conditioning or refrigerated ventilation.
• Unknown : Information not available at the moment.
This data will make it possible to feed new digital services around travel comfort, especially in the summer period.
And then?
Both Datasets have been designed for ease of reuse for both internal and external teams.
