The declaration of organization and the sharing of reuses, a win-win partnership!
To get closer to the re-users of transport data on the PRIM platform, Île-de-France Mobilités has set up two new features : the organisation declaration and the sharing of reuses. These allow re-users to highlight their work, projects and organizations, while promoting mutual inspiration and feedback.

How does it work to make your organisation known?
Before we explain how to promote your organization on PRIM, it's essential to define what an organization is.
An organization is a local authority, a transport operator, a company, or any organization that consumes data from the PRIM catalog (datasets, API or widget) and then shares it in a transformed or untransformed format to end users. An entity that produces datasets or APIs in open format is also considered an organization.
When you access the PRIM site, a new heading called "Organizations" has been added to the " Data " menu located in the portal header. Within this " Organization " page, you have the possibility to consult the organizations that use the Open Data PRIM and/or to declare your own. An " Organization Declaration Form", which requires you to log in to your PRIM account, is available on the " Organizations" and "Contribute" pages of the portal. You will then have to fill in the following fields of the form and submit it: legal name*, type of organization*, logo, website*, email address* and description* (fields marked with * are mandatory).
Once the form has been completed and submitted, it is processed by the PRIM administrators who will validate it, thus making the organization visible on PRIM.
Before you fill in a new organization, make sure that it doesn't already exist on PRIM and that you haven't already declared another organization because a user can only declare one organization.
Distribute your data reuse, how does it work ?
A reuse is an illustration of the use of open data in the form of an application, a research paper, a press article, etc .; to meet a defined need.
The reuse of data comes from free and open data and is carried out by public or private actors.
To view and integrate the PRIM Reuse Share Catalog with reuses, a new " Reuses " tab has been added to the " Reuses " section of the " Data " menu of the PRIM portal. This tab contains the list of catalog data reuses and provides the opportunity to submit a new reuse. The referencing of a reuse is also accessible in the " contribute " session of the portal or directly on the detailed page of the data (dataset, API or widget) on which you have relied.
To share a new data reuse, simply click on the " submit a reuse " button from one of the 3 pages mentioned above, then complete the " Reuse submission form". When completing the form, you will have to fill in the following elements : The data(s)* associated with the reuse ; the title*, an image*, a description*, the URL* and the producer of the reuse ; The e-mail address*(fields marked with an * are required).
Once the form is submitted, the reuse is published to PRIM after validation by the PRIM administrators.
Don't wait any longer and declare your Organization and share your Reuses on PRIM.
