General

An organization is a local authority, a transport operator, a company, or any organization that produces or reuses data from the PRIM catalog (datasets, API or widget) in open format.<h3 id="la-d%C3%A9claration-des-organisations-un-partenariat-gagnant-gagnant%E2%80%8B">The declaration of the organisations, a win-win partnership!</h3>For you: Highlighting your organization as a data reuser allows you to give visibility to your organization and the work done; while inspiring other organizations or reusers.For IDFM: Highlighting the organizations of data reusers reinforces PRIM's image as a reference platform for mobility data in the Île-de-France region.PRIM users can declare their organization so that it is visible on PRIM: a user can declare only one organization.

What is an organization?

<h3 id="acc%C3%A9der-aux-organisations%E2%80%8B">Access Organizations</h3>The consultation and sharing of organizations is accessible in two places on the PRIM website:<ol><li>From the "&nbsp;Organizations&nbsp;" page accessible via the "&nbsp;Data&nbsp;" menu of the PRIM portal.</li><li>From the "&nbsp;Contribute&nbsp;" page of the PRIM portal.</li></ol><h3 id="d%C3%A9clarer-une-organisation%E2%80%8B">Declare an organization</h3>To declare the organisation to which you belong, simply click on the "&nbsp;complete form&nbsp;" button on the "&nbsp;Organisations&nbsp;" page or click on the "&nbsp;Declare your organisation" button on the "&nbsp;contribute&nbsp;" page. You will then need to log in to your PRIM account, if you have not already done so, and then complete the declaration form of an organization.Once the form has been completed and submitted, it is processed by our teams who will be able to validate it. The processing time is about two weeks. When your request for an organization's declaration is validated, you receive an email and the organization is automatically published and highlighted on PRIM.<h3 id="refus-d%E2%80%99une-demande-de-d%C3%A9claration-d%E2%80%99organisation">Refusal of an application for an organization declaration</h3>It may happen that a request for a declaration of organization is refused. When your request for an organisation declaration is refused, you will receive an email in which the reason for refusal is systematically indicated and the organisation will not appear on PRIM.

<h3 id="modification-d%E2%80%99une-organisation">Editing an Organization</h3>For one reason or another, the content of an organizational statement may be modified by our teams before or after its publication on PRIM. Examples of items that can be changed are the organization's website or description. Depending on the degree of importance of the modification made, you will be notified or not, by email of the modification made to your declaration of organization.However, it is not possible to modify certain information such as: the email or the type of the organization already published or waiting for validation. You will have to submit a new application for an organization declaration if you want changes to be made to these elements.<h3 id="suppression-d%E2%80%99une-organisation-%E2%80%8B">Deleting an Organization </h3>Following a request from you, or for one reason or another, an organization already published on PRIM, may be deleted by our teams. When your organization is deleted, you will receive an email in which the reason for deletion is systematically indicated and the organization is no longer highlighted on PRIM.

&nbsp;The aim of the datasets service is to share and open up Île-de-France Mobilités' transport data to&nbsp; the general public. <ul><li>Call quotas are by the day and by the second: it is strongly recommended to smooth the number of requests over time so as not to disrupt the operation for other users.</li><li>Given the very large size of the response to the global query "&nbsp;Next Passes&nbsp;", it will be transmitted in compressed mode.</li><li>It is recommended that you enable the "&nbsp;Accept-encoding: gzip, deflate&nbsp;" element in the headers of your requests in order to optimize the response time of the API.</li></ul>

A reuse is an illustration of the use of a piece of data. The data available in the PRIM catalog is subject to user licenses, some of which require users to share their reuses in Open Data.On the catalog, some data is subject to licenses that require the sharing of reuse, you can consult<a href="http://prim.iledefrance-mobilites.fr/fr/licences" rel="noreferrer"> the section dedicated</a> to licenses on PRIM.To make it easier for users of the PRIM portal to comply with this obligation, the reuse sharing process has been set up on the platform.&nbsp;In the PRIM Data Catalog, the number of reuses available for each API, dataset, or widget is indicated on the data cells. If no reuse has been shared for a piece of data, nothing is indicated.

What is reuse?

<h3 id="acc%C3%A9der-aux-r%C3%A9utilisations%E2%80%8B">Access reuses</h3>Consultation and sharing of reuses is accessible in three places on the PRIM website:<ol><li>From the "&nbsp;Reuses&nbsp;" page accessible via the "&nbsp;Data&nbsp;" menu of the PRIM portal. Once the "&nbsp;Reuses&nbsp;" page opens, you will need to open the "&nbsp;Reuses&nbsp;" tab.</li><li>From the "&nbsp;Contribute&nbsp;" page of the PRIM portal.</li><li>From the individual detail pages of the data available in the "&nbsp;Data&nbsp;Catalogue". Once the detailed page is opened, you will need to open the Reuses tab.</li></ol><h3 id="partager-des-r%C3%A9utilisations%E2%80%8B">Share reuses</h3>To share a new data reuse, simply click on the "&nbsp;submit reuse&nbsp;" button and then complete the reuse sharing request form. Once the form has been completed and submitted, it is processed by our teams who will be able to validate it. The processing time is about two weeks. When your request to share the reuse of data is validated, you receive an email and the reuse is automatically published on PRIM.<h3 id="refus-d%E2%80%99une-demande-de-partage-de-r%C3%A9utilisation">Denying a request to share reuse</h3>Occasionally, a request to share reuses is denied. <h2 id="modification-d%E2%80%99une-r%C3%A9utilisation">Modifying a reuse</h2>For one reason or another, reuses may be modified by our teams before or after they are published on PRIM. Examples of elements that can be changed are the title or description of a reuse. Depending on the degree of importance of the modification made, you will be notified or not, by email of the modification made to your reuse share.It is not possible to modify personal information such as the name, email or website of a reuse that has already been published or is waiting for validation. You will need to submit a new request to share reuses if you want changes to be made to these items.<h2 id="suppression-d%E2%80%99une-r%C3%A9utilisation">Deleting a Reuse</h2>Following a request from you, or for one reason or another, a reuse may be deleted by our teams. When your data reuse is deleted, you will receive an email in which the reason for deletion is systematically indicated and the reuse is deleted from PRIM.
