An organization is a local authority, a transport operator, a company, or any body that produces or reuses data from the PRIM catalog ( datasets, APIs or widgets) in open format.<h3 id="la-d%C3%A9 déclaration-des-organisations-un-partenariat-gagnant-gagnant%E2%80%8B">La déclaration des organisations, un partenariat gagnant-gagnant!</h3>For you : Highlighting your organization as a data reuser gives visibility to your organization and the work being done; while inspiring other organizations or reusers. For IDFM: Highlighting data reuser organizations reinforces PRIM's image as the reference platform for mobility data in Île-de-France. PRIM users can thus declare their organization so that it is visible on PRIM: a user can declare a single organization.

What is an organization?

<h3 id="acc%C3%A9der-aux-organisations%E2%80%8B">Accessing organizations</h3>Consulting and sharing organizations is accessible in two places on the PRIM site: <ol><li>From the "&nbsp;Organizations&nbsp;" accessible via the "&nbsp;Data&nbsp;" menu of the PRIM platform. </li><li>From the "&nbsp;Contribute&nbsp;" page of the PRIM platform.</li></ol><h3 id="d%C3%A9clarer-une-organisation%E2%80%8B">Declarer une organisation</h3>To declare the organization to which you belong, simply click on the button "&nbsp;Complete the form&nbsp;" button on the "&nbsp;Organizations&nbsp;" page, or click on the "&nbsp;Declare your organization&nbsp;" button on the "&nbsp;Contribute&nbsp;" page. <h3 id="modification-d%E2%80%99an-organization">Modification of an organization</h3>For one reason or another, the content of an organization declaration, may be modified by our teams before or after its publication on PRIM. The elements that may be modified are, for example, the organization's site or description. Depending on the degree of importance of the modification made, you will be notified or not, by e-mail of the modification made to your organization declaration.However, it is not possible to modify certain information such as: the email or type of organization already published or awaiting validation. You will need to submit a new organization declaration request if you want changes to be made to these elements.<h3 id="deletion-d%E2%80%99an-organization-%E2%80%8B">Deleting an organization </h3>Following a request from you, or for one reason or another, an organization already published on PRIM, can be deleted by our teams. Once you've opened the detailed page, you'll need to open the Reuses tab.</li></ol><h3 id="share-r%C3%A9reuses%E2%80%8B">Share Reuses</h3>To share a new data reuse, simply click on the "&nbsp;submit a reuse&nbsp;" button, then complete the Reuses sharing request form. Once the form has been completed and submitted, it will be processed by our teams, who will then validate it. Processing time is approximately two weeks. When your request to share a data reuse is validated, you receive an email and the reuse is automatically published on PRIM.<h3 id="refusal-d%E2%80%99a-request-to-share-r%C3%A9use">Refusal of a request to share a reuse</h3>It may happen that a request to share reuses is refused. When your request to share a data reuse is refused, you will receive an email in which the reason for refusal is systematically indicated and the reuse is not published on PRIM.

Publish a reuse

<h2 id="modification-d%E2%80%99une-r%C3%A9utilisation">Modification of a Reuses</h2>For one reason or another, Reuses may be modified by our teams before or after they are published on PRIM.The elements that may be modified are, for example, the title or description of a Reuses. Depending on the degree of importance of the modification made, you will be notified or not, by e-mail of the modification made to your Reuses share.It is not possible to modify personal information such as name, e-mail or website of a Reuses already published or awaiting validation. You will need to submit a new request to share Reuses if you wish to make changes to these elements.<h2 id="delete-d%E2%80%99une-r%C3%A9use">Deleting a Reuse</h2>Following a request from you, or for one reason or another, a Reuses may be deleted by our teams. When your data reuse is deleted, you will receive an e-mail in which the reason for deletion is systematically indicated and the reuse is removed from PRIM.
