    Travelers Information Support and Content Charters

    The Travelers Information Support and Content Charters defines the principles for the design, distribution and deployment of Passenger Information media and content in all public transport spaces (physical sites, remote media) and public transport vehicles in the Ile-de-France region.

    Intended for transport and mobility stakeholders in the Île-de-France region, this charter aims to associate content and information media with the uses of passengers at any time during their journeys in the Ile-de-France region. In particular, it defines the level of service expected in transport spaces and vehicles. It must be applied by carriers whenever the context and the specificity of the network allow it. [This is neither a graphic charter nor an implementation guide.]

    The "Contents" booklet describes the syntax to be adopted for each passenger information content present in the transport space (formalism, readability rules, etc.)
